Guideline Abstract

Abstract submission guidelines

All abstracts submitted must adhere to the Declaration of Helsinki’s ethical principles for medical research involving human subjects and the rules laid down by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors in their Recommendations for conducting, reporting, editing, and publishing scholarly work in medical journals.

Submission of an abstract implies: that the work described has not been published before; that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else; that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities. Once the abstract has been accepted by ISICM2024 it is automatically subject to the ISICM2024’s terms and conditions.

Poster Format : PDF

Poster Size: 36 x 48 inches (91 x 122 cm)

Layout: Use a grid layout to ensure elements are organized and easy to read.

Color Scheme: Choose a color scheme that is visually appealing but does not interfere with readability. Ensure high contrast between text and background.

Visuals: Use high-quality images and graphics that support and enhance the content, rather than cluttering the poster.

Number of Images: maximum 2-3 key images.

Quality: Ensure images are high resolution and clear.

Relevance: Choose images that support and clarify the main message.

Spacing: Provide adequate space around each image to avoid a cluttered appearance.
